We are currently working in 40 slums of Bangalore and we plan to reach 120 slums and 500 villages by end of this year (Dec 2009). We need strong and dedicated leaders to take this program to all areas of Bangalore and Karnataka.

Youth Leadership Training Program (YLTP) devised by Sri Sri Ravishankar Guruji is an intensive residential program which gives you an immersion in stress and trauma relief techniques of breathing, meditation and yoga and prepares you to teach those techniques back to the community. A focus on leadership, teamwork and communication skills creates a solidly bonded team of volunteers with an emphasis on service that gives back to communities in need.
YLTP expands ability of individual to live a happy, fulfilling and useful life. It breaks the boundaries of what people thought were capable of, increasing their personal power, energy and focus, as well as their leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
